Learning experience designer & Instructional Technology Specialist
Bio
I am a Learning Experience Designer and Instructional Technology Specialist.
My name is Kamille Rigsby Lee, and I am an innovative educator and Instructional Designer specializing in dynamic learning solutions.
I completed my undergraduate and Masters degrees at Clayton State University, followed by an Education Specialist degree in Instructional Technology from Kennesaw State University.
Throughout my nearly 10 years as an English instructor, I have found my work most rewarding when planning and designing learning experiences. What started as designing curriculum for students, evolved into designing trainings for adult learners.
On a personal note, I enjoy time hosting my family and friends, and serving my community through my sorority and the Junior League of Atlanta.
Areas of Expertise
INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
Instructional Design
I excel in designing end-to-end instructional experiences by skillfully applying the ADDIE model, while seamlessly integrating learning objectives, cultivating collaborative relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs), and expertly curating content. This approach ensures the development of effective and engaging learning solutions.
INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
Learner Personas
During the Needs Analysis phase, it is crucial to empathize with the learners and identify their specific pain points. To facilitate this process, I created a learner profile for a course on 'Recognizing Addiction' using Canva. This learner profile serves as a valuable tool in gaining insights into the target audience's needs and preferences.
INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
Design
After gaining a deep understanding of both the learner's requirements and the business objectives, I leverage design documents, such as storyboards, to craft effective learning solutions.
Feel free to explore the images for examples of completed storyboards. The first sample showcases a scenario-based interaction I designed in Articulate Storyline, while the second sample presents a storyboard for a microlearning course I created in Articulate Rise.
These examples demonstrate my commitment to designing engaging and impactful learning experiences.
